CRC provides a variety of residential service options ranging from intensive 24 hour staffed group residences to more independent settings (IHS) where people are supported in their own apartments with a specified number of weekly support hours. Our programs provide people with customized planning supports around medical services, transportation, budgeting, community membership, ADL’s (dressing, grooming, meal prep, mobility, etc.) medication administration, and psychiatric/behavioral supports. 24-hour emergency (clinical and nursing) support is available to all persons receiving residential services.
Funding For Services
Funding for community living services is provided by the Department of Disability Services (DDS), Mass Health, and Massachusetts Rehab Commission (MRC) under the UMASS Acquired Brain Injury Waiver.
