Residential Services

We support individuals with disabilities to live in their communities in community residences, apartments, condominiums, their own homes, or with family care providers.

Services are provided according to the needs and preferences of each individual and include assistance with:

Managing health.
Managing finances.
Activities of daily living.

Our overall goal is to help people with disabilities to live safe, healthy and comfortable lives and become contributing members of their community.

Administrative Services

Representative Payee Services
Career Resources provides money management services on a long-term basis to individuals with disabilities who receive social security.

Family Support Services
Career Resources disperses monies approved by the DMR to families to enable them to hire support staff or to purchase adaptive equipment.

Funding

Funding for services offered by Career Resources is provided primarily by the Department of Mental Retardation and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.
